When I first began practising yoga, I thought it was all about flexibility and being able to sit still and clear your mind for extended periods of time. I now realise that flexibility and strength need to work together and that having brief moments of clearing your mind is really hard work. 

 

Yoga is now part of my life and has allowed me to discover, learn and grow.
