Menopause yoga

Menopause yoga is a series of workshop style sessions imparting knowledge, movement, breath work and mindfulness to empower each participant to thrive through this transition in life.

Restorative Yoga

 Is about slowing down and unwinding.  The body is supported with props to relax and rest.  The poses are held for longer durations to still the body and calm the mind.

Gentle yoga

 Gentle yoga is a class suitable for all levels, particularly beginners.  If you have injuries, pain, stress in your life, fatigue, are pregnant, parenting, caring for others, or simply need some self care. This class would benefit you. The yoga is adapted to be accessible for all to encourage mobility in your body, relaxation in your mind, and calm the nervous system.  The slower pace allows you to ease into the positions gradually and find your own version of the poses that works for you.  

Blokes Yoga 

Blokes Yoga is exactly as the name suggests. The class is an opportunity for blokes to experience what yoga is all about. Are you looking to relieve daily aches and pains – possibly from old injuries or just from the lack of daily movement. Yoga is more than stretching and can assist with mobility, strength, balance, flexibility, and stress relief providing benefits for all parts of daily life.

Yoga for mobility, strength and balance

Yoga for mobility, strength and  balance is a class of moderate intensity.  This class has a focus on encouraging healthy joints, strengthening muscles and calming the nervous system.  It includes a warm up, seated and standing postures, relaxation and rest.  Whilst not tailored to be a fast paced or sweaty class (I can’t guarantee this - it’s Broome after all) there may be some slow flow sequences of movement and breath.

Specialised group sessions

 A group session organised with a particular focus.  Prevent injuries, stress relief or support wellness. Or just as an introduction to yoga and some fun.  This is great for sporting clubs, schools or even for workplaces.
