What is yoga therapy and how is it different?

The aim for the program is to evaluate and set suitable goals, alleviate or manage symptoms, enhance functionality and positively impact your outlook regarding your health conditions. I will create a personalised program and instruct you on how to implement it. The yoga techniques selected are based on how they best support you and will compliment existing healthcare plans.
