Insight timer.
This is a free app with a stack load of meditations. Includes those to start your mornings, to help you sleep at night and even a few for the kids (yes and for parents for those times when you know you need to breathe). A good way to introduce yourself to meditation and trying a few styles to find one that fits with you.
MBSR.
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction 8 week course. This is a free course based on the program founded by Jon Kabat-Zinn. It goes through the steps of setting up a daily meditation practice. It’s a really great way of setting yourself some time each day to reflect and be present.
